We got a White's tree frog from here on 6/28/26. Such a cute and sweet baby. Store was very clean and well maintained. Staff was helpful.

I went in to see if I was ready for a new pet. I walk in to see a cat curled up inside it's own litter box. There were dead fish carcasses inside some of the fish tanks. I could smell that the hamsters bedding needed to be changed. The sadest part was these two parrots that were secluded from the rest of the animals. The more expensive one was at the bottom of the enclosure laying there. He didn't look well. There was also to many parakeets in an enclosure with not enough room for them to stand on the stick. Some of them were at the bottom with nothing to do. For it being a pet store their enclosures are pretty bare and not cared for very well. I left there feeling sad for the animals 😢

They ending up rejecting my dog due to his health condition when he does perfectly fine with others. If they rejected him they are not professional nor trained to even deal with pets no one should fear of an animals death for something simple especially when he’s getting treatment for it.

I stopped into this Petco location to grab some treats and travel supplies for a pet, and I was really impressed by how organized it was. The aisles are super wide and clearly labeled, making it incredibly easy to find exactly what you are looking for without wandering around forever. They have a massive selection of high-quality foods, fun toys, and sturdy crates, plus the small animal habitats looked very clean and well cared for. The staff at the checkout counter were cheerful and even offered a treat at the register, which was a very sweet touch. The only minor downside was that a few of the specific premium food flavors I wanted were completely out of stock on the shelves.
